A section of a completely clogged Ndarugu River in Nakuru County Kenya .The river that drains in lake Nakuru is heavily polluted with plastic beverage bottles normally known as PET .

If these amounts of plastic bottles are finding their way into lake Nakuru then we have big problem.

The bottles ought to be recycled but that does not happen so they end up being thrown around.

We need to rethink plastic use to protect the environment ,otherwise our small lake which is a UNESCO world Heritage site may not support much of the biodiversity in it.Lets be mindful of the environment here and anywhere in the world because we live in one environment

This is disaster in waiting.
